‘Waterloo Cottage’ Little Haven
Working directly with the customer and to architect's drawings, we took the existing roof off and raised the height of the building to incorporate a 2nd floor with a cathedral ceiling.
A brick built property, the extension had to match the existing construction. The new roof has 3 dormers with glazed sides and one of them acts as a means of fire escape.
This property had a full refurbishment from the ground floor up and as the appointed contractor, we supplied all of the relevant tradesmen and worked closely with the clients to produce a large visually pleasing property with an entrance canopy including a veranda accessed from the first floor.
The owners of the property use the downstairs as B&B accomodation littlehaven-cottage and we've heard that they provide an excellent breakfast!
